WDF - FALL FESTIVAL VENDORS:

October 28, 2006 was a beautiful autumn day at Windmill Dunes Farm. Thanks to our many vendors, friends and neighbors, the first annual Fall Festival was a great success attracting well over 200 visitors from the area. (Article in North Platte Telegraph.)

Upcoming Vendor Opportunities:

February 28th Market Place: Center for Rural Affairs at the Ramada Inn in Kearney Nebraska. Registration 7am ­ 8am Opening speaker 8 to 9am CST. Break out sessions run 9 to 5pm CST. Then Closing Speaker Doug Babbitt WDF 5 ­ 5:30 pm

Spring Festival: May 5th 2007, 9 am to 5 pm MST: Booth is 10’ x 10’. Cost is $10.00 plus 10% of total sales if you exceed $50. Vendors’ booths will be available on other Saturdays in May. These dates are May 12th, 19th, and 26th. No charge will be made for these booths unless vendors decide to do additional advertising. Otherwise you will be listed on the WDF website with dates of when you will be at the farm.

Summer Carnival: June 23rd 2007, 9 am to 5 pm MST. Booth is 10’ x 10’. Cost is $10.00 plus 10% of sales if you exceed $50.

Pumpkin Days: September 7th & 8th or the 21st & 22nd, 9 am to 3 pm MST Friday and 9 am ­ 1 pm Saturday. Booth is 10’ x 10’. Cost is $10.00 plus 10% of sales if you exceed $50.

Fall Festival: October 27th 9 am to 5 pm MST. Booth is 10’ x 10’. Cost is $18.00* per booth plus 10% of sales if you exceed $50.
* An additional promotion WDF will be doing at the 2007 Fall Festival is giving away a flat screen TV. The increased booth charge goes to help cover the cost of this promotion.

Christmas Carnival: Dec 2nd or Dec 9th, 9 am to 4 pm MST. Booth is 10’ x 10’ Cost is $15.00 (inside a greenhouse) plus 10% if sales exceed $50. We only have room for about 25 vendors for this event, so sign up as soon as possible. (If your booth or area can be outside in winter, space is not a problem.) (These dates maybe subject to change.)
